At Bessy, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into each of our products. Due to the nature of our handmade items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped, as the products may be compromised.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to accommodate cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please send an email to bessyskincarecancellations@outlook.com with your order details within 24 hours of completing your purchase. After this time, we are unable to process cancellations, as orders may already be in production or prepared for shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
